Shrek Kart

Shrek Kart is a karting game featuring ten characters from the Shrek movies. Four of these are available from the start (Shrek, Donkey, Puss in Boots and Gingy), the rest have to be unlocked. The game contains single races, tournaments, an arena mode and challenges. There is also a multiplayer mode that is played over wi-fi.

The game is by default played with the accelerometer to steer the cart but it is possible to change this to touch screen controls. Like in other karting games there are power ups that can be collected and activated to gain an advantage over opponents. This include attacks that can be launched at the opponents such as tornadoes and angry bees as well as shields that offer protection and elixirs that give a speed boost. Each character also has its own special ability which is similar to power ups but has a cooldown period before it can be used.
