Lime Iro Senkitan: Jun - Meiji Nihon, Otome Sakimorisu.

This PlayStation 2 version is a port from PC (Windows) game Lime Iro Senkitan (which in turn spanned a TV anime series as well), but with removed adult content and a removed mature rating.

The story takes place in Meiji era Japan, around the turn of the 20th century, when Japan and Russia are in the major conflict. You play Shintarou, a Russian diplomat originally from Japan, who defects to Japan and arrives at Sapporo to teach the girls at the academy to fight the Russian invading forces. But the five girls that you meet are not your ordinary girls, they have special powers which allows them to summon powerful being to fight for them. They are known as the Lime unit.

The game is largely a visual novel where you can move through the ship and explore areas, talk to characters and occasionally select among the dialogue choices. During dialogues, characters are slightly animated when facing you (i.e. moving lips, blinking eyes). During the strategy part of the game, you command the Lime unit and tell them how to fight the enemy and stop any invading forces that are trying to destroy your ship.
