Also known as Sold Out Software, Sold Out Sales & Marketing Ltd. re-published video games at budget prices in the UK and select other countries in Europe. It was part of Mastertronic Group Ltd.

After a restructuring in 2014 and 2015, the company was replaced by the restarted company Sold Out Sales and Marketing Limited, which instead focused on publishing independent games both digitally and, in fewer copies, physically.
