Also known as Sold Out Software, Sold Out Sales & Marketing Ltd. re-published video games at budget prices in the UK and select other countries in Europe. It was acquired by Mastertronic Group Ltd. in 10 December 2004.
In Germany, Sold Out Software titles were distributed by p.o.s. telesales & promotion service GmbH and joined by the Red Fly label.
After a restructuring in 2014 and 2015, the company was replaced by the restarted company Sold Out Sales and Marketing Limited, which instead focused on publishing independent games both digitally and, in fewer copies, physically.
