-ReBound- describes itself as "A First Person Shooting Tactical Target Practice Game" and with that description nearly everything is said.

In a firstperson view the player has to shoot targets with his machine gun within a time limit of 35 seconds. Depending on where the target is hit the player gets more or less points e.g. hitting bullseye gives the most points. The player aims with the mouse and with a click on the left mouse button a shot is fired. Holding the mouse button continues shooting. After 25 shots the gun has to be reloaded by pressing spacebar.

The targets do not just stand still on one place, they move horizontally, vertically and transversely. At the beginning of each level the target is relatively slow but it increases speed until the time limit is reached. After each level statistics inform about the player's hits and accuracy.
