00-san Simply Can't Not Indulge at the Onsen is a very short, English-language hentai kinetic novel featuring the characters Shana from Shakugan no Shana and Megumin from KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!. The player controls "00-san", a man who was reincarnated in a fantasy world after being hit by a truck. Finding 00-san unable to defeat even a simple slime monster, the adventurers Shana and Megumin take him under their wing to teach him how to fight.

After completing a few difficult quests, the trio head to a mountainside onsen to take a well needed break. 00-san, however, is not content to stay in the men's section, sneaking into the women's section so that he can have some fun with his female companions. He has sex with Shana, who is reluctant at first, before giving Megumin the same treatment.

The sex scenes are conveyed through animated 2D character sprites interacting with the protagonist's disembodied penis.
